Russify Windows after installation.
If you need Microsoft Store | Various services | etc.
If you need Microsoft Store | Miscellaneous Services | etc., install them through Ghost Toolbox first (!) before (!) all manipulations with Windows.
For example, after Russifying the system, I got an error and could not install the Microsoft Store, but everything works on the cleanest system.
